  • How can we pay our rent?

    Payments can be made by the location, by mail, by phone, or automatically charge to your credit card. We encourage flexibility. Please contact a manager for details.
  • Are the leases month to month?

    Yes, we rent from the 1st of the month. You will be pro-rate in on the day you rent and your next payment will be on the 1st of the month every month there after.
  • Is a deposit required?

    No security deposit is required. There is a one-time set-up fee that is non-refundable.
  • What are the access hours to my unit?

    You have access to your unit 365 days a year from 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Thursday - Firday - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Saturday - 9: a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Sunday - Closed

  • Do you have climate controlled units?

    Yes, we have climate controlled, heated and outdoor/drive up units available.
  • What is climate control? 

    Climate control units are kept at a comfortable, steady temperature constantly. This is a must for items that are sensitive to heat and/or humidity.
  • Do you carry moving/packing supplies?

    Yes, we carry a variety of moving and packing supplies available for purchase.
  • Is there pest control?

    Yes. Unfortunately pests are always a concern in self storage facilities. We have a scheduled maintenance contract for pest control.
  • What payment options do you offer?

    We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex), checks, cash or automatic debit from your credit card. These payment plans can be arranged to make your payments easier, since we do not send out bills each month.
  • Are carts, dollies and hand trucks available?

    Yes, free carts, dollies and handtrucks are available for your use while at the storage facility.
  • What is the minimum time that I can store items? 

    The minimum time for a rental agreement is one month, thereafter you will be charged on a monthly basis.
  • Can I pay for my unit over the telephone?

    You will need to visit our office for the initial lease of your unit to make the first payment and fill out the paperwork. After that you may call to make payments by credit card.
  • What type of documentation do I need to rent a unit? 

    You will need a valid driver's license or a state/federal ID card with a picture and your social security number.
  • What type of security is available?

    You, as the tenant, will provide your own lock and retain your own key, insuring your exclusive entry into your unit. Locks may be purchased in our office. For your security, the entire property is fenced, lighted and offers a electronic security gate at the entrance of the facility.
  • Do you carry insurance on contents being stored?

    No. For your convenience, we have information available in our office for an optional insurance plan. But first you may wish to check with your current insurance carrier as your possessions may already be covered through your present policy.
  • Who else has access to my unit? 

    Once you are assigned a unit, you store it, you lock it and you keep the key. In addition, you will you will be given a personalized gate access code in order to operate our electronic gate system. Therefore, only those whom you wish to have access to your unit will be able to get in.
  • Do you have R.V. or outside parking?

    No, we do not have outside parking or R.V. storage.
  • Do you offer trucks for rent? 

    Yes, we have U-Haul trucks, of various sizes, when available.
  • How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day? 

    The entire move-in process should take 15-20 minutes.
